How does it work?
During the purchase phase or in the subsequent phase you will choose when to live your experience among the available dates and you will receive your ticket code via email, which you will have to bring with you to the store.
On the day and time you have chosen, we are waiting for you at the City Lab Cosmetics laboratory, Corso Garibaldi 3 (Milan). Using your ticket code, you will be able to access your experience which will last approximately 40 minutes.
Follow the creation of your customised product, choosing textures, colours and fragrances. Our formulators will work on the product in front of you. At the end, you will receive the products you have created!
